This public pilot site does not require account creation. There is no customer login and Plumont does not collect payment information through this site.

First-party engagement links and technical logs

Plumont does not use fingerprinting, IP geolocation, session replay, heatmaps, third-party ad trackers or marketing cookies. A link in a Plumont outreach email may contain a random opaque token. When that link is opened, Plumont may retain the link type, event time and a random internal reference as first-party business engagement evidence, then immediately redirect to the requested public page. The public token and edge event do not contain a customer name, email address, contact name or project number.

Future Plumont outreach emails may include a small first-party remote image to estimate aggregate open rates. An estimated open does not prove that a person read a message, and email privacy proxies or automatic image loading may affect accuracy. Plumont does not store IP addresses, User-Agent values, device data or location data for this measurement.

Plumont Customer Memory does not store the visitor's IP address or browser details. Normal hosting and server logs may record technical request data for security and operational purposes.

Email communication

If you email Plumont, the correspondence may be retained for pilot feedback and normal business communication. Do not send sensitive personal or payment information by email.
